Could you be our new Café Supervisor?
Hours of work
Approx. 30hrs hours per week, usually over 4 days (requires flexible working with some weekend work)
Ensure smooth running of the cafe on a daily basis.
Maintaining high standards & consistency, especially concerning the product & customer service.
Representing the business & our values to a high standard.
Previous speciality coffee experience.
Experience dialling in espresso & working to a recipe.
Consistent latte art (design is less important than consistency & control).
High standard of food hygiene.
High quality of customer service.
Desire to keep learning & improving.
Ability to manage the cafe alone for periods of time.
Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills.
Experience working with different coffees & brew types.
Experience with adjusting a coffee recipe if not tasting as expected.
Experience managing own time & work load.
Ability to implement new systems and ensure consistency across the team.
