Doughnut Masterclass: An Evening of Indulgence

2018 has kicked off with a bang, and we're excited for what the year ahead brings; discovering new coffees, creating delicious new flavours for our doughnut fillings, or bringing you more goodies in our retail space. We had some big wins in 2017, and one of our most exciting developments of the year took place late November, when we launched our very own masterclasses in one of life's greatest creations: doughnuts.


Our doughnut masterclass delves into what ingredients make the perfect doughnut, and how to make your very own. We'll teach you how to make dough, how to roll it, prove it and fry it. You’ll also make your own fillings from scratch and also have access to a few we made earlier.


In true Baba Budan style, this class offers a relaxed, fun and welcoming atmosphere led by Maddy, our Head Chef. It’s suitable for all adults with a moderate interest in baking, or those just interested in eating doughnuts. We’ve also prepared a nice wee goodie bag for you to take home after class! This includes a branded tote bag, apron and recipe card for you to make the doughnuts again at home. Be prepared for a food coma. Come hungry! Book your spot here.
